1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• All original accessories, manuals, and invoice are included.

Items not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

• Items showing physical wear, tampering, or alterations.

• Clearance or special discount items (unless defective).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at krisquare@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID, product images, and the reason for return.
2. Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.
3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item to our warehouse.

Note: Pickup availability depends on your pin code.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refund method:

• Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

• Cash on delivery (COD): Refunded to the customer’s bank account/UPI within 3–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product sent by us.

4. Replacement Policy

We offer a replacement if:

• The product is defective or damaged on arrival.

• You received the wrong item.

Replacement will be shipped after verification of the returned product.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return after delivery.
